Saturday

Saturday was a strange day indeed. All of us had to go to a place and do something. Many hours standing in the cold. Saw things I can't talk about, but it was pretty cool.
Then we had pizza and watched a bootleg copy of "Gran Torino". The movie got everyone involved. 98% in and the climactic final scene. We got the Karma because the bootleg DVD siezed up and wouldn't play the final scene. Very painful. Eastwood is very gritty in this performance. Almost as good as "Unforgiven". Good writing makes you actually care for the characters and it is very realistic. Eastwood has had an unbelievable career and his performance in "Gran Torino" oozes his life's experiences.
I might even spend the twelve bucks to see the ending.
