This was taken at the swapmeet held at the flea market behind the speedway. I was talking to a couple of dudes with rat bikes. The Twin Cam was a salvage bike from a garage fire. The dude bought it cheap with the intention of repairing it. He put new wires and fuel line on it and it ran fine. He decided to ride it as is and was having a blast fucking with everybody.
