Halloween Riding

Secret Squirrel and I hit a couple costume parties last night.

Federal jake works at a new joint in Hartford, so we stopped in.

Place was too upscale for our modest tatses, but the jockey behind the bar was smoking hot.

Squirrel's girl, Frankie, was also having a party at her new hair salon.

Lucky and Michelle are a lot of fun.

After Frankie gave us a ride back to our bikes this morning,

we rolled through East Windsor. Saw some activity at Marsh Motorcycles and stopped in. It is a Moto Guzzi dealership that is closing down.

They were packing up the last of the parts, the bikes have been gone for a month now.

The tanks were all between $400-$500. Yikes!

This is Al, he has run the place for years. The original owner, Fred Marsh, was a bike racer and hillclimber back in the day. He lived to be over 100 years old. Was blind, but would ride a moped in circles in the parking lot.

Al said Gengras in East Hartford might pick up the Moto Guzzi franchise, but he wasn't totally sure.
Sad to see another old school bike shop bite the dust.
Later,
Ray
