Dead Presidents
It was a little colder than it looked today. Bright sun, but windy and chilly. Rode out to the small town of Washington, Connecticut in honor of "Presidents Day". Such a nice place. There was an authentic colonial tavern that needs a return visit.
Batteries crapped out on the camera, so I was handicapped with the cell phone camera.
Word on the street is temperatures in the 50's later this week. I hope Winter is totally dead.

Hartford Toy Run, October 2000
Used to be a yearly fall event here in CT. Bikes would line up around Bushnell Park next to the State Capitol building. The route went through the ghetto, Northwards along the Connecticut River, cross over at Windsor Locks and return to the party at the Elks Club in East Hartford. Always a good time with most intersections blocked of annoying cars.
It died out, and I don't know why.
